I am the proud owner of Orozco Ink, a writing, editing, and creative services business. My focus is on non-fiction writing, and my specialty is clear and concise copy. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University, I taught English abroad and in the United States. I worked at newspapers and magazines before starting Orozco Ink.
My byline appears in trade publications, consumer magazines, newspapers, blogs, and company Web sites, among other outlets. My work also often appears under another person's name. I am fortunate enough to be a well sought-after ghostwriter. (Sorry, Ill never divulge any names.) Additionally, I volunteer my publicity/media relations expertise to Catalyst for Cats and other Santa Barbara-area nonprofits.
Travel is my passion, and I feel fortunate to be able to write about some of the places I have visited. Check out my guidebook: Solvang: A Guide to the Danish Capital of America. Keep a look out for other destination pieces penned by me, one never knows where Ill show up.
My husband Alonzo and I make our home in the Santa Barbara, California area.
